• Sphere — GrowthPro's learning infrastructure platform for corporates, academies & institutions
• Custom web and mobile application development for businesses
• Business process automation and workflow digitisation
• Website development and digital presence solutions
• Sales, marketing, and customer engagement systems
• Operational structuring, reporting tools, and capability integration

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage businesses, SMEs, corporates, and institutions that need technology or automation solutions
• Position GrowthPro's portfolio as a strategic investment, not a commodity service
• Lead discovery conversations, solution presentations, and deal closure
• Build and manage your own pipeline across multiple product lines
• Work directly with the founding team to refine messaging and close complex deals
• Support handoffs to the delivery team post-close and maintain client relationships

What We're Looking For

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology solution sales
• Ability to engage and sell to decision-makers — CEOs, operations leads, HR, IT, founders
• Strong communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills
• Self-driven and comfortable with performance-based earning
• Understanding of or interest in digital transformation, automation, or software solutions
• Existing network in business, corporate, or institutional sectors is a strong advantage

Role Summary

GrowthPro Africa is looking for a reliable and organised Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. The role is hybrid, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable working remotely while also being available for physical office support, meetings, errands, training activities, or client-related assignments when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic administrative support, including documentation, record keeping, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Support internal coordination for trainings, meetings, workshops, and client engagements
• Respond to basic inquiries from learners, clients, vendors, and partners, and escalate where necessary
• Assist with learner/client onboarding, attendance tracking, feedback collection, and simple reports
• Help monitor office needs, supplies, logistics, and other operational requirements
• Support payment follow-ups, document sharing, and communication with relevant stakeholders
• Assist with simple digital tasks such as updating spreadsheets, managing forms, sending emails, and organising files
• Provide occasional physical office, event, or field support when required
• Carry out other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, office support, customer service, or operations support
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel / Google Sheets, email, and internet usage
• Ability to work independently, especially in a remote / hybrid work setting
• Must be organised, dependable, responsive, and willing to learn
• Must be available for physical meetings, errands, trainings, or operational support when required

Preferred Skills

• Experience in an education, training, consulting, or service-based business is an added advantage
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, Canva, online forms, or simple social media support is an advantage
• Good customer service attitude and attention to detail
