Business Development Officer (Hybrid | Full Time) - Urgent

  • Overview:

    We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Development Executive to lead our team of Field Sales Agents and drive GrowthPro Africa’s sales and partnership goals. Based in Abuja, you’ll be responsible for growing course enrolments, forging strategic alliances, and guiding our expansion into new markets.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the Business Development team to meet revenue targets.
    • Design and implement strategies to drive course sales and partnerships.
    • Identify, approach, and convert high-potential leads and institutions.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
    • Track market trends and suggest innovations to increase enrolment.
    • Prepare performance reports and present insights to leadership.
    • Collaborate with marketing, programs, and partnerships teams for alignment.


    Ideal Candidate:

    • Proven experience in sales, business development, or growth strategy
    • Strong leadership and team management skills

Overview:


The Programs Coordinator oversees the planning and execution of GrowthPro Africa’s training programs and scholarship initiatives. You’ll manage learner onboarding, schedules, trainer coordination, and ensure seamless program delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for training programs and scholarship tracks

  • Manage communication with learners, trainers, and partners

  • Track learner progress and provide timely support

  • Ensure program timelines and quality standards are met

  • Collect and analyze feedback for continuous improvement


Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience in program management or education is a plus

  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy

  • Passionate about youth development and capacity building

  • Create and schedule engaging content across platforms

Overview:


We’re looking for passionate experts to train learners in one or more of our skill tracks. You’ll lead virtual sessions, share real-world insights, and support learners through their journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create course materials and deliver engaging and practical virtual training sessions

  • Provide learner support and guidance during the cohort

  • Share relevant resources, tools, and assignments

  • Track and evaluate learner performance

  • Participate in onboarding and debriefs


Ideal Candidate:

  • Expertise in at least one of these areas:

    • Data Analytics
