Solomon Adeyeri is the founder of GrowthPro Africa, a visionary leader passionate about Customer Experience Management, Retention Marketing, and Leadership Development. With a strong background in marketing automation, customer engagement, and business strategy, he has helped organizations drive retention, improve customer lifetime value, and optimize revenue growth through innovative solutions. His work has directly contributed to customer acquisition, retention, and recovery strategies that have impacted billions in revenue.


Driven by a mission to empower individuals and businesses across Africa, Solomon combines his expertise in personal growth, leadership, and business development to bridge the skills gap in today’s evolving workforce. His impact extends beyond organizations—he has trained and mentored professionals, helping them secure global opportunities, build sustainable businesses, and lead in their respective industries.


Beyond GrowthPro Africa, Solomon is a lifelong learner, strategist, and problem solver who enjoys cooking, sewing, and exploring creative ideas. He holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Accounting, with additional certifications in Project Management, Customer Experience, and Leadership Development. At GrowthPro Africa, he leads a network of experienced trainers and industry experts dedicated to equipping professionals and businesses with high-impact skills for lasting success.
